Great lighting and composition in this. You work very well with color too! Props on the makeup too. You're lucky to have such a beautiful model. I'm sensing just a hint of...well, like she's trying to pose, rather than a natural sense that some portraits get. But what do I know, I don't do portraits =p (Razz)

The background is really not adding to the picture. It makes it look like a school-photo from the 80-ties. Also you should add brighter light I think to work on the eyes of the model (I am no expert here, but it looks a bit..hmm dull?) Her hand is covering a part of her face that needs exposure, because the jaw line is not very noticeable in general of this model and hardly noticeable on the left-hand side of her face (our right).
The composition is ok, maybe a little more frame, to show her entire hair on the top.

i love the softness this has and such good focus and image quality... nice expression on her face and good backgroud choice too.
